We are situated in the heart of Chapel Allerton ('the friendly village in the city'), on the main road, just up from the old police station, library and post office.
We are now offering life coaching sessions at the centre to individuals who are wanting to make positive changes in their lives and would like the help and encouragement of a life coach to do this.
