'Open Advice' sessions: one of us is usually available at the following times to answer queries, provide information and to help you decide on the most appropriate form of treatment or support:

Monday:      10.00am to 11.00am  

Wednesday: 10.00am to 11.00am

Thursday:     14.00pm to 15.00pm

At other times we are usually with clients, so do leave a message on our answering machine and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible and/or send you the information/leaflets you require. We have leaflets for each of our practitioners and their therapies, as well as leaflets for the workshops, courses and talks we are currently offering.

We are situated in the heart of Chapel Allerton ('the friendly village in the city'), on the main road, just up from the old police station, library and post office.

We have ground-floor access (assisted access for wheelchair users), and a ground-floor consulting room and toilet as well as consulting rooms on the upper floor.

Bus numbers 2, 3, 20, 24 and 91 all stop near the centre-just ask for the bus stop near the old police station in Chapel Allerton.

Parking immediately outside the centre is restricted to one hour, but there are some unrestricted sections nearby. Some of our appointments last more than an hour-do ask to make sure.
